She made sure we had a competitive offer (even contacting my loan officer for me to make sure we have good deadline dates) but also made sure we didn't give the world away. I have bought/sold half a dozen homes. Never have I been more impressed and pleased with an agent. Beth went over and above for me, as I was moving from out of state and couldn't "look" at homes in person. We talked a lot about what I was looking for, what I could afford and the area I wanted to live in. Beth went to multiple homes to check them out. She spoke to the selling agents and got any reports or information, which she passed on to me. Based on what she knew I was looking for we would FaceTime together, while looking at those she felt might be of interest to me. I had a complete report about the area, neighborhood, pictures/video and things that may or may not be problematic for me. At the end of the day, she found me the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood. She and my lender have a good working relationship, which made the whole process so easy. We were closed in 15 days. I know I drove her crazy because I was stressed out about the whole move. She was extremely patient with me and has such a calming demeanor, all I had to do is trust her. And she didn't let me down. I am so grateful for her expertise. My son also used Beth when he and his wife purchased their first home and had just as positive an experience. If you want an honest, hardworking and friendly person to work with, you should use Beth. You won't find any better.
