Tatsiana - over and above We did not have a real estate agent but found Tatsiana when we went to look at a property we had seen on Zillow. Although we were not aggressive enough to buy that property, Tatsiana learned about what we were looking for and diligently sent us appropriate listings. When we found the right spot she was very helpful sending us information such as comps, HOA rules and expectations, references for insurance agents, contractors, and help with the process. She organized the survey and inspection and pursued the HOA to complete various paperwork. Then she represented us at the closing (we were not there), collected keys, gave us instructions for utilities, security arrangements, etc AND even bought us sheets to sleep on for our first night.
