Marsann’s journey through real estate began in New York where she was proudly born and raised. In addition to having her Florida real estate license, she has a BA in criminal justice, as well as over two decades of experience as a real estate paralegal, title processor, and title closer. 

Tenacity, drive, and loyalty are just a few of her many distinguished qualities that she will bring to your transaction. Learning from and being mentored by some of the largest real estate tycoons and legal figures in the industry, she learned early on that relationships and presentation are everything.  She is passionate about getting to know her clients and assisting them in realizing their real estate dreams and goals.
