We informed David that we were not buyers, just looking and not ready to purchase at this time. As it turned out, we talked to David at length regarding the market, pricing inventory, etc. Being the true professional, he was willing to talk to us at length knowing that we were not buyers at that time. About 1 year later, when it was time to sell our house and select a real estate sales company to represent our and market our house, I recalled my meeting with David McHugh with the Michael Saunders Company a year earlier. I contacted David McHugh to ask if he would be interested with representing our house for sale. After we talked on the phone, he recalled our meeting from the prior year. He agreed to view our house and a discuss a marketing strategy for the home sale.
