Bottom line up front: Caren and Jewel WILL work for you! They'll work smartly, fast, and in your best interest. That was my experience, anyway. We found our dream home on a whim, after deciding to check out a few open houses on a lazy Sunday afternoon. At around 2pm, within minutes of stepping into our future home, my wife and I both agreed, ""this is it"! So, I called Caren. She literally dropped everything and by 4:30pm had already accomplished a market comparison, began working with the seller's realtor, and had documents produced all the while keeping us in the loop. By 6:00pm, her and Jewel had already driven 45 mins to the house to inspect it for themselves. By 7:00pm, after conferring with her and Jewel, she had an appropriate and competitive bid submitted! Needless to say, we got the house. From there on, Jewel and Caren made the rest of the process not only incredibly smooth, but also like clockwork. They were on top of everything while always looking out for our best interest. On several occasions, both of them engaged me to steer the process in the right direction, or engaged with other agencies to ensure our bests interests were being met. On top of their real estate savvy, they're very fluid in all types of mortgage loans, including a VA loan, which is what we did. They both took time to see us through the process with excellent coaching and advice. All in all, we were very happy with Caren and Jewel. Not that I ever plan to, but if I ever need to buy another house (or sell this one), calling them will be my only phone call.

About Caren

Caren's passion for real estate started 20 years ago while she worked to support herself and her two daughters as a school secretary, event manager at a winery, and a Physical Therapist Tech. During her daughter's second year of high school, Caren headed back to college to earn her college degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduation, Caren provided critical assistance to patients recovering from injuries and illnesses to regain movement and manage pain. Caren decided to transition into real estate to apply the marketing, sales, listening, administrative, and problem-solving skills she had developed throughout the years. As broker associates in Missouri and Illinois, Caren and her husband enjoy the independence of working directly for you, she loves to help you Own Your Space. My favorite memories are of the time I spent in the barn, caring for and riding my horses with my mom and sister, and later with my girls. I have very fond memories of spending the day getting the horses ready, loading them up, and Dad driving us to the show for our evening competition. In 2014, I met Jewel and married him in 2015 (before someone else did). His passion, perseverance, ambition, and belief in me brought us to this point. In our spare time, we love spending time with our daughter Kacie. We also love to hike in Missouri and Illinois State Parks. I am also founder of a non-profit called A Fighting Chance Foundation. Our mission is to save lives by educating parents on the importance of mental health first aid and sharing resources with our community. Let’s work together to end the stigma surrounding mental health and stop suicide.
