I began my Real Estate career in 2020 after running a successful executive recruiting firm serving Big 4 consulting firms nationally.  My wife and I are a two person team serving the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.  In a short period of time we have assisted buyers and sellers with over 170 transactions valued at $70M+ in inventory.  We are one of the top duo teams for Coldwell Banker in New England in terms of number of units sold.  We are on pace to complete 55+ transactions per year ranging from new construction to luxury waterfront properties.  We have deep resources in the local area with regard to vendors involved in financing, construction, home inspections, septic inspections, chimney reconstruction, HVAC installation, property management, and more.  We have a 98% track record of transaction completion and we maintain many 5-star reviews from our clients.  We are also Zillow Premier Top Agents and RealTrends Verified Winners.  In our spare time, we enjoy family, or German Shorthair Pointer (Phineas), boating, bicycling, and hiking.  New Hampshire truly has it all!
