About Karin

Karin Xander was born and raised in Lima, Peru. In 2006, she moved to the United States to marry her husband Keith. Together they have built a beautiful life and are proud parents of three wonderfull children. Their strong relationship is rooted in shares values, a love for family and the richness of blending two cultures and languages. Karin earned a degree in Dentistry in Peru, where she also ran her own dental practice. When she moved to the U.S.A, She continued her education, obtained certification to perform restorative dental work and spent nearly 13 years serving patients in Columbus, Ohio.

In June 2023, she transitioned into real estate, and diving in with purpose and passion. As an immigrant herself, Karin understands the challenges and excitement of building a new life and finding the perfect home. Her mission is to help others to navigate the home-buying process with confidence.
