Working with Logan was an amazing experience. He's not the pushy sales guy trying to talk you into buying every house you view. Rather, he will listen to what you say about the houses, the things you like, the things you don't, and work hard to help you discover your dream home. During the tours when you visit homes he might seem more passive, but that is because he is listening and watching, so he can make sure he's taking all of your feedback into account for the next home. We started our tour thinking it would be a while before we could move into our dream home, but Logan's expertise, experience, and connections with some excellent contractors set us up with everything we could ever need and all the things we didn't even realize we needed. As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend Logan to anyone even curious about buying a home. He's friendly, professional, and an all around fun guy to go view homes with. and he cares about his customers.

My husband and I ended up with Logan as our realtor by pure chance and we would not change it for the world. About Logan

A life-long Texan at heart, Logan was born in San Antonio and moved to Dallas in 2002. His entrepreneurial spirit and tenacious drive have allowed him to flourish in the business of real estate, of which he’s been a part of for seven years. Logan works as part of the Lonestar Living Team with his mother, Diane Smith, who he credits in part with his venture into the realm of real estate. He’s served the same region for all seven years as an agent, which includes the areas surrounding Dallas and Fort Worth. Among the places he serves are the counties of Collin, Denton, Hunt, Grayson, Tarrant, and Rockwall. Logan values this area for its affordability and proximity to the city and is able to find clients luxury properties at incredible rates. A resident himself, he knows the communities well and can easily advise which neighborhoods will meet his clients’ needs.
 
Apart from his infectious personality, patience, and gift for understanding, Logan’s clients appreciate the sense of urgency he brings to the table and his consistent work ethic. When combined, these traits allow Logan to navigate the intricacies of clients’ needs with diligent focus and bring their desired outcomes to fruition. These traits also foster what Logan considers to be his greatest accomplishment in his career thus far: the relationships he’s formed along the way.
 
In his free time, Logan makes sure to stay involved in the community — often through church volunteer projects. Logan is also trained in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and considers himself an avid golf enthusiast who loves watching matches as much as he loves getting out onto the fairways himself. Married in 2020, Logan and his wife welcomed their first son — Hudson, or, “Bubba” — in September of 2021. Rounding out their family is their sweet dog, a 3-year-old German shorthaired pointer. As a family man through and through, Logan understands the importance of finding the right home. His strong sense of integrity and his desire to exceed expectations have established him as one of the area’s most coveted agents and will continue to propel him into the future.
